Heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except those specified "Glaze" in a large mixing bowl. Form Into loaf using a large loaf pan. transfer to a larger 13x9 or 4x4 pan. Mix Glaze ingredients and spread evenly on top of loaf. Bake for 1hr15min or until well done.
