An interesting Indian dish without all those pesky metric measurements!
1) Puree the onion, garlic, fresh ginger, and 3T water in bender
2) heat oil, peppercorns, and bay leaf in a large skillet
3) Add puree from blender, and the coriander, cumin & tumeric. Simmer for 10 minutes to combine the flavors
4) Add tomato, continue cooking for 5 mins
5) Add raw ground beef and salt.
6) When meat is cooked, add 1/2 Cup water and lemon juice
7) cover and simmer 20 minutes more to combine flavors.
