Remove dough from refrigerator Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter Place on greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart Flatten ball to 1/2 inch thick and let rise about 30 mines Make indentation in the middle of each kolache by pressing down firmly with first tow fingers of both hands
Spoon 1 tablespoon of chosen filling or preserves in each indention (Solo) cover with wax paper or cloth and let rise until double in bulk Remove covering and bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until light brown Revmove from oven and brush with melted butter
