Korean Beef Bowl - Nikita Fair on Tiktok
*450 calories & 45g protein per serving
Marinade-
-In a bowl, combine 4tbs soy sauce, 1/2tbs rice vinegar, 1/2tbs sesame oil, 2-3 tbs minced garlic, 1tbs gochujang paste, 2tbs brown sugar, & mix
Beef-
-add 24 oz lean ground beef to a hot pan & break up.
-when beef if about halfway cooked, add marinade & cook for another 5 min over medium heat
-top with fresh green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes (optional) & mix until completely combined
Rice-
1 cup rice to 1.5 cups chicken bone broth (if cooking on stovetop, bring to boil, then simmer for 15 min or until cooked)
Siracha sauce-
- combine light mayo, siracha, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (1/2 a lemon to start), garlic salt & mix together until smooth
- serve with more fresh green onions & sesame seeds
