Suggest a better descriptionBoil unpeeled potatoes to mash potato level
Peel potatoes after it’s cooked
Smash the cooked/peeler potatoes and let it cool
Add turkey and eggs to cooled down smashed potatoes and mix well
Make each cutlet the size of a golf ball, then smoosh to cutlet shape
Place breadcrumbs on a paper towel and from there sprinkle it onto your patty on both sizes
Place large pan on a stove top with oil, make sure the oil (I used avocado oil, you can use vegetable as well) is super hot
Add ~4-6 Kotlet in a pan at a time. When golden brown, turn to cook the other side (~2.5 min on each side).
