Suggest a better descriptionCook mac and cheese according to the package directions. While the macaroni is cooking, brown the ground beef, onions, and bell pepper in the canola oil.
When the meat is brown and the vegetables are soft, add the can of Mushroom soup and heat thouroughly.
Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Fold meat mixture and prepared mac and cheese in casserole dish.
Bake casserole for 30 minutes at 350*F.
I sometimes add a little extra cheese when putting the two mixtures together.
