Suggest a better descriptionSprinkle the meat with a litlle bit of wine and add crushed juniper berries to it. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Drain the meat afterwards and place it in a heatproof bowl. Add the onions cut in parts, chopped celery stick, salt, pepper and a few more berries.
Sprinkle with oil and place in the oven for 25-30 min at 180 C. After 20 min. add a little bit of water to it.
Take the bowl out of the oven and move the meat to another bowl. PLace the Juices from the bowl in another pan, place it on the stove and add 3-4 spoons of gin. Stir it well and then add part of grapefruit. Let it rest for 10 minutes and serve with the meat.
