Try this Lamb Kabobs recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description( you can use Beef, Veal or Chicken too) Cut meat into 2 inch cubes. pound w/ small mallet. place in a large bowl and add above ingredients. cover and marinate 24 hrs (at least). Make shish kabobs with meat and veggies (Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, Etc.). Smoke or Grill and serve with basimati rice and a 1/2 tomato grilled (I dont think the tomatoes could be smoked). The onion, garlic, lime juice, Saffron, rose water and yogurt make an incredible marinade !!! Make sure to give it at least 24 hours to permeate the meat.
