Suggest a better description1. Toast nuts and pulse to fine powder in food processor.
2. Pulse onion, garlic, bell pepper, jalapeno, and spices in processor to form paste.
3. Combine meat, nuts, veggie paste, and parsley in mixing bowl. Mix by hand until homogenous.
4. Form into small 1 oz patties, about 2 inches wide. Allow to marinate overnight.
5. Grill and serve with tzatziki sauce.
