Mix marinade ingredients and keep for an hour.
Dice carrot and onion.
Shallow fry lamb till light brown in low heat
Add sauce n keep on low heat.
When sauce starts reducing add carrot n onion.
Sprinkle spring onion n sesame oil at end.
Serve with rice
