Little bun like appetizers or lunch food
Set yeast with warm water and 2 tsp sugar in bowl of stand mixer. Scald the milk by putting in in saucepan on high heat just until it boils. Cool to skin temp or lower, 15 min.
Stir all ingredients except flour, bacon, ham and onions into yeast, mix with mixer. Stir in flour and mix dough. Let rest while you prepare the bacon-ham-onion mixture.
Fry bacon until almost cooked, drain off fat. Add in onions and ham and cook until lightly browned. Cool 15 min.
Cut dough into small balls (should make about 6 dozen) and stretch a ball of dough into a circle. Put a teaspoon or so of the meat filling in the middle of the circle. Bring edges of dough together to seal. Place seal side down on cookie sheet. Cook at 350degrees for 22 minutes. May be frozen.
