Cook spinach, drain and set aside. Brown meat and add salt and seasonings and worchestershire. Stir in spinach. Cook noodles, drain and rinse. In each oiled pan, arrange layers: noodles, meat, soup mixture, cheese twice, then a top layer of noodles and cheese. Spread tomato sauce (or diced tomatos) and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. (Can substitute diced tomatos for tomato sauce and is better). Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 13x9 cake pans. 8 WW points
