Sauté onion and green in 2 Tbsp butter for 5 minutes. Cook noodles as package directs; drain. Arrange in the bottom of a 9X13 inch pan. Blend together cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Mix in onion/pepper mixture. Put cheese mixture on noodles, then meat mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
