Wholewheat bread with oats and seeds.
Combine the flour, oats, seeds, salt and oil, and set aside.
Mix together the honey, yeast and 250ml warm water. Place in a warming oven for 10 minutes or until the mixture bubbles.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture, stir well with a wooden spoon, and add the rest of the warm water. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a well-oiled medium sized bread tin. Place the bread tin into a large heavy duty plastic bag and loosely close the end. Put in a warm place, preferably a sunny window ledge or warming oven.
When the bread has risen to the top of the tin, bake at 200 degrees celsius for 1 hour.
Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes then invert onto a cake rack.
