Preheat ovent to 350?
Coat a 10 inch springform pan with cooking spray. Press dogh into it and up sides. Add bread crumbs; set aside. Puth broth and tomatos in a bowl, cover; set aside.
In a large bolw, combine egg, parmesean, ricotta and flour. Coat a large nonsitck skillet with cooking spray. Saute' onion 5 minutes. Add spinach; cook 1 minute. Cool slightly. Add to cheese mix. Spoon over dough.
In same skillet, saute' pepper. Layer over spinach. Remove susage casing and cook. Layer atop peppers. Next, layer provolone, parsley, pine nuts, tomatoes (discard broth), ham and mozzarella. Tent loosley with foil and bake 50 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
