2 Lbs Sour Cream
Grill Marinated Flank steak and cut into strips against the grain
Wash Lettuce using 1/3 c vinegar and 2 tsp salt Rinse well and drain and dry very thoroughly. Cut into bite size pieces
Mix together the corn, beans, tomatoes and cilantro . Set aside. there is no need to cook these items.
We will layer the salad on site
Serve with Corn Bread
