South African Quiche - turkey bacon, cheddar, onion, parsely are key...
Set oven to 350 F.
Chop everything...
Toss bacon, onion, parsley, and cheese together in a large mixing bowl. In a second bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard powder, and flour together until smooth. Mix the two bowls together and stir well. Spray/grease a 9.5" or 10" pie pan and poir in mixture. Bake for 1 hour. The center rises last and the entire quiche should be a golden brown on top and light brown on the sides/bottom. Goes well with ketchup/hot sauce. Good for dinner (and cold leftovers for breakfast!)
