Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, mustard, basil, garlic, and lemon peel until blended. In a nonmetal dish, pour marinade over chicken.
Cover; chill 1 to 2 hours, turning chicken over once. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. In a small saucepan, over medium-high heat, blend marinade into corntarch. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Grill or broil chicken 6 inches from heat source for 10 to 15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing with marinade occasionally.
