If you enjoy Lemon Bread this recipe is fantastic.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and rind. Beat until fluffy. Add cream. Sift together dry ingredients blend into butter mixture.
Divide into 3 mini pans.Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350? or until test done with toothpick.
Punch hole in tops with meant fork. Pour topping over hot letting in soak in.Cool completly in pans. Remove and wrap in foil.
Topping: 1/2 cup sugar and juice of one lemon.
