Lemon Butter Fish
Lemon wedges, fresh parsley
Place butter in light colored pan or small skillet over medium heat. Melt butter then leave on stove whisking / stirring every now and then. When butter turns golden brown and it smells nutty (about 3 minutes) remove from stove put in bowl. Add lemon juice and pinch of salt and pepper. Butter will remain pourable for about 20 minutes.. Pat fish dry using paper towels sprinkle with salt and pepper, then flour. Use fingers to spread flour. Shake off excess flour. Heat oil in not stick pan. Addfish 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drizzle brown butter over fish.
