In large skillet, heat oil over med high, add chicke, brown them
Place chicken on top of potato
Add onions to skillet and cook till soft. Stir in garlic & oregano cook 1 min more. Add wine and emon juice and simmer. Pour mix over chicken & potatoe
Cook low 5hrs. Tuck the lemon slices around the chicken pieces and cook 1 hr more, or until potatoes are tender
