Mix paprika, salt and pepper, sprinkle over chicken. Dip each chicken into egg, then cover in breadcrumbs. Arrange on a baking tray in a single layer and bake in oven for 20 minutes. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir together the sugar, curry and lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Drizzle over chicken pieces and return to oven for a further 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
