Combine sugar, flour, baking powder. Add beaten eggs; blend thoroughly. Add lemon juice, rind, and coconut. Spread mixture on crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min., or until lightly browned on top. Cool. Sprinkle lightly with confec. sugar.
