Suggest a better descriptionIn large, high-sided skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add spinach (the pan will be very full).
Use tongs to toss it around as it starts to cook and wilt.
When the spinach is about halfway wilted, add salt and pepper to taste and the lemon juice. Give it one last toss and turn off the heat. (You want the spinach to still have a little body). Serve warm.
