1. In a small bowl, combine the milk and lemon juice; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter until crumbly.
2. Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Pour lemon mixture over crust; sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375? for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
