Suggest a better description1. Cook orzo according to package directions, omit salt and fat, Drain and place in medium bowl.
2. Stir in parsley and 1/4 teaspoon salt, cover and keep warm
3. While orzo cooks, melt 1 tablespoon butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
4. Sprinkle shrimp with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. Add half of shrimp to sauce pan, sauté 2 min and transfer to a plate
6. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in pan, add remaining shrimp, sauté and add to plate
7. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in pan, add garlic and cook 30 sec- stir constantly
8. Add shrimp, juice and pepper to pan, cook for 1 min
