Suggest a better description1. Preheat broiler. Brush broiler-pan rack and cut sides of zucchini with 1 tbsp oil; arrange zucchini on one side of rack. Sprinkle with half the salt and pepper. Broil 7 minutes; remove pan from oven. Add fillets, skin sides down. Brush with remaining oil; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
2. Broil 8 to 10 minutes longer, rotating broiler pan once, until zucchini is tender and fish is just barely opaque in thickest parts. Squeeze juice for half a lemon over fish fillets; transfer fish to plates. Cut zucchini into chunks; sprinkle with oregano; add to plates. In small cup, thin prepared pesto with juice from remaining lemon half; spoon evenly over fish.
