Suggest a better description1. Put margarine into a 10-inch heavy skillet and place in a preheated 400-degree oven. 2. Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, flour, milk and nutmeg. Pour into hot skillet and return to oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. 3. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Serve at once.
