Suggest a better descriptionHeat half of the butter or ghee in a sauce pot over medium to low heat. Spoon in the cooked rice and stir. Add salt to taste and then add three quarters of the lemon juice. Cook for 1 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until hot. Stir in the remaining butter and cook for one more minute. Place the rice on a platter and sprinkle on the rest of the lemon juice and the oil. Use the lemon quarters to make your plates look fancy.
