Cut each chicken breast into 7-8 lengthwise strips. Add to marinade; stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Prepare a medium-hot grill or preheat the broiler. Thread the chicken lengths onto skewers. Grill or broil, turning once, until cooked through, about 2 minutes on each side.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 1 hour or cover ends with foil before cooking.
