Mix dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients add dry to wet . Scoop into tins bake 7-8 minutes until browned and toothpick comes out clean.
Glaze
1 cup of confectioners sugar 2 tbs of lemon juice. Mix together and glaze muffins after they have cooled.
