Suggest a better descriptionSpray 5 quart soup pot with non-stick spray. Add chopped onion, cover and cook over medium heat until tender. Crumble in ground turkey and cook until brown and onions are opaque. Add lentils and water, cover and reduce heat to low, simmer 1.5 hours. Add tomatoes, salsa, cumin, chili powder & salt, Simmer for an additional 15 minutes and serve.
