Suggest a better description-Unshell and devein shrimp, rinse. Place in a bowl and toss with salt.
-Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic and shallots until translucent (about 3-4 min.)
-Reduce heat to medium. Add shrimp to pan and cook shrimp until pink, 4 to 5 minutes; transfer to a plate.
-Keep pan at medium heat, add spinach, tomatoes, broth, wine, and lemon juice. Cover and cook until tomatoes soften, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp and parsley. Cook on med-low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, then serve.
Optional: Spring shrimp with 1 to 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with linguine or rice.
