Good
1. Sprinkle gelatin onto 1/2 milk in bow. let soften 5 min. Set bowl over boiling water, stir until gelatin dissolves.
2. Combine salt, sugar, 1 1/2 cups milk, cream, lime rind, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir in gelatin, then enough food color to make it a nice green.
3. Freeze enough to take out for serving.
