Great Tasty Casserole
Brown beef with garlic in Dutch oven coated with spray, until beef is
crumbly & no longer pink. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer 30 min. Set
meat sauce aside. Cook pasta and then place in 13 x 9 inch dish coated with
spray. Combine sour cream, cream cheese & green onions. Spread over
linguine & top with meat sauce. Bake @ 350o for 20 – 25 min until heated.
Sprinkle with mozzarella & bake 5 min more to melt cheese. Let stand 5 min
before serving.
