Suggest a better descriptionCut the liver into 3/4 inch thick slices. Coat each slice first in the flour, then the egg, followed with the bread crumbs. Fry in oil on a low heat, then turn up oil to a medium heat after the liver begins to brown slightly. Place slices on a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
