Easy and delicious, a fun alternative to twice baked potatoes! We love them with meatloaf and gravy.
Bake potatoes until soft. Allow to cool. Peel skin off and crumble into large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Form mixture into large balls and put into nonstick muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melted and hot all the way through.
Can leave potato skins in recipe. Add/remove items depending on what you love on a baked potato!!
