Suggest a better descriptionPierce potatoes with a fork microwave on high for 13 min or until tender. Cut in half, cool slightly. While potatoes cook heat oil in a sauce pan over med-high heat. Add onions sautee 3 min. Add broth combine flour and 1/2 cup milk add to pan with 1 1/2 more cups milk. Bring to boil stir often cook 1 min. Remove from heat stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Cook bacon to crumble. Discard potatoe skins. Coarsely mash potatoes into soup top with cheese, green onions, and bacon.
