* In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add balsamic, bay leaf, garlic and brown sugar. Stir until sauce begins to thicken.
* Remove garlic and bay leaf from the sauce
* Brush both sides of meat with sauce
* Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place meat on sheet
* Broil about 7 minutes on each side for medium to medium rare
* Remove from oven and slice meat on an angle to serve
