This is a home made, low carb version of 1000 island dressing. Very quick and easy to make.
Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and refrigerate. If you don't have pickle relish, just chop some dill pickle. This is very quick, easy and tastes great. By using the reduced, or no sugar ketchup, Splenda instead of sugar and only one tablespoon on Heinz 57, this is very low carb.
