Best pie ever

CRUST
1. Use 9 inch glass pie dish
2. Whisk flour and salt together. really well.
3. Add 1/3 cup Crisco.
4. Mix together with dough tool until you have a ball .
5. Flour your pad and rolling pin and roll out the dough, thin.
6. Press down into pie plate with a fork throughout to keep it from rising.
7. Bake at 350° for 18 minutes first, up to 30.
8. Watch until crust browns slightly.
MERINGUE Notes
1. Beat egg whites into big mounds, then fold sugar in.
