1. Heat oven to 375o F. Place sheets of wax paper on countertop for cooling cookies.
2. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
3. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture with wooden spoon (or with electric mixer on low) until blended. Stir in M & M’s
4. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake one baking sheet at a time at 375o F for 8 – 10 minutes. Cool for 1 – 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to wax paper to cool completely.
