Cook back ribs for one hour in 350 degrees C oven and pour off fat (alternately you can cook in microwave for approximately 15 minutes and pour off fat).
Cook onion until soft (I usually put in microwave)
Put cooked ribs in crockpot
Add cooked onion on top
Mix other ingredients together and pour over ribs and onions in crockpot
Cook in crockpot for eight hours on low.
For 3 strips of baby back ribs, I usually increase the recipe four times.
