Classic comfort food with the addition of Ham and Bacon to make it a meal by itself. Or still a great side dish with BBQ
Pre-heat oven to 350
Cook and drain macaroni.
Melt fat in sauce pan.
Stir in flour until smooth.
cook until just turning brown
Add cream gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thick.
Add grated cheese and stir until melted
Add Bacon and Ham to sauce
Combine sauce and macaroni in baking dish
Top with buttered bread crumbs, additional cheese or both.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
