Simple variation on Beef Goulash.
Brown the hamburger in a pan and drain when done. Mix in the onion, green peppers, salt, fresh ground pepper, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, milk, eggs, and brown sugar. Once mixed, add the tomato paste, ketchup, water, olive oil, seasoning mix, and stir well. Add in the noodles, then add the chopped tomatoes and let simmer for 30 minutes. Stir, add in the chives, let simmer 10 minutes then serve.
