In medium sauce pot begin reducing heavy cream over medium heat, adding cheeses by the handfullwhen it begins simmering. Stir constantly untill desired consistency is achieved. Reduce heat slightly and gently add macaroni and drained bacon. Turn into a buttered glass casserole dish, top w/ bread crumbs and bake in 350* oven untill golden and bubbley. Garnish w/ gr. Onions and serve.
