Quick, easy and good for the whole family - can be made a few days ahead, very good as leftovers.
Can be converted to vegetarian - leave out bacon and use veg. stock.
1. Cook macaroni
2. Fry onions, garlic and bacon in butter until tender.
3. Put all ingredients (except parmesan and parsley) into casserole dish, mix well and cover with the parmesan and parsley.
4. Cover and cook in moderate oven for 40 minutes.
