Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper. In skillet, melt margarine and pour in egg mixture. Cook until set but still moist. Cool, and stir in sour cream.
Put mixture into a buttered shallow baking pan. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning: Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes
