A light refreshing salad that goes very well with my Jerk Chicken Recipe. The avocado helps cool down the heat of the jerk chicken.
Whisk together the cider vinegar, lime juice, ginger, allspice, salt and pepper adding the olive oil slowly. Toss greens in the dressing then add onion, avocado and mango on top.
