Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
Boil Manicotti Noodles per directions on the box
While that is boiling mix the ricotta with the egg, dash of salt and pepper and 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Once the Shells are finished boiling drain them and rinse them in cold water.
Then spoon the cheese mixture into the shells and cover with Ragu sauce. Top with moxarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
